Raymond Group is committed to handling all complaints confidentially within 30 days of receiving the complaint or any additional information required by the Privacy Officer.<\/p>

If the complaint cannot be resolved within this period, the complainant will be informed of the reasons for the delay, the status of the complaint, and a reasonable estimated timeframe for a final response.<\/p>
