For sustainable and eco-friendly construction solutions tailored to your needs.

1. Context

This policy aims to ensure the protection of personal information and to govern how Raymond Group and its subsidiaries use, disclose, retain, and destroy or otherwise manage it. Additionally, it seeks to inform any interested party about how Raymond Group handles their personal information. Raymond Group is committed to protecting the privacy of its clients, staff, and affiliates.

2. Scope and Definitions

This policy applies to Raymond Group, including its executives, employees, consultants, and anyone else providing services to Raymond Group. It also applies to Raymond Group’s website and all websites controlled and maintained by Raymond Group.

It covers all types of personal information, including information about clients (current or potential), consultants, employees, members, or any other individuals (such as website visitors).

For the purposes of this policy, personal information refers to any information about an individual that allows them to be identified, directly or indirectly. This may include a person’s name, address, email, phone number, gender, banking information, health details, ethnicity, language, etc.

Sensitive personal information refers to data that carries a high risk of impact on privacy. Examples include health data, banking information, sexual orientation, ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, etc.

3. Collection, Use, and Disclosure

In the course of its activities, Raymond Group may collect different types of information for various purposes. Raymond Group will inform the individuals concerned, at the time personal data is collected, of any other data being collected, the purposes for which it is collected, the means of collection, and any other information required by law.

When visiting our website, personal data such as your name, address, email, phone number, etc., may be collected. This information is only gathered if you voluntarily provide it, for example by filling out a contact form, a quote request, a callback request, etc. We are committed to collecting only essential and relevant information needed to fulfill your service request.

4. Protection of Personal Information

We implement appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of your personal data. Access to your information is limited to Raymond Group employees or service providers who need it to deliver services.

5. Retention and Destruction of Personal Information

Unless a minimum retention period is required by applicable law or regulation, Raymond Group will only retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected.

Personal information used by Raymond Group to make a decision about an individual must be retained for at least one year following the decision or up to seven years after the end of the fiscal year in which the decision was made if it has tax implications (e.g., the circumstances of employment termination).

At the end of the retention period or when the information is no longer needed, Raymond Group will ensure its destruction or anonymization (i.e., rendering it irreversibly unidentifiable and unlinkable to the individual) for legitimate purposes. Raymond Group destroys information securely to ensure its protection.

6. Complaint Handling

Anyone wishing to file a complaint regarding the application of this policy or more broadly about the protection of their personal information by Raymond Group must do so in writing to Raymond Group’s Privacy Officer at the email address provided below.

The individual must include their name, contact information (including phone number), and the subject and reasons for the complaint, with enough detail to allow proper evaluation.

Raymond Group is committed to handling all complaints confidentially within 30 days of receiving the complaint or any additional information required by the Privacy Officer.

If the complaint cannot be resolved within this period, the complainant will be informed of the reasons for the delay, the status of the complaint, and a reasonable estimated timeframe for a final response.
